This book, The Journey…Metamorphosis is an extensive compilation of what I have learned and experienced during the nine years of leading teacher training programs, my home practice and studies in Mysore, India to study with the last living legend of Ashtanga, BNS Iyengar the student of master Krishnamacharya who is known as the Father of Modern Yoga, also teacher of the great Pattabhi Jois.

My intention is to provide an experiential, comprehensive manual of teaching yoga for beginner students or who are especially preparing for the 200 hour yoga teacher training course or those who want to go deeper for self-exploration. However, all yogis can learn from this book as there are many misconceptions to what yoga, meditation and pranayama are and my hope is that all of these misconceptions can be dispelled in this book. The majority of the material in this book are the gems of what has been past down to us from great masters such as BNS Iyengar and the faculty at the legendary school-Krishnamacharya shala in Mysore, India.
